Sometimes I wish that we could be able to head and do things like this and then I start tot think maybe I just don't fully believe in God to be able to do that0 that there is some sort of doubts in me and am not completely sure about it. Because If i went to someone or even prayed for them like that and really had no doubts about it- I don't know if it would happen, but it would be awesome. Though Peter does help us out here and give us an example to follow, first have to look at them or get to know someone and make a connection. After that we have to be able to do the actions and use our words to try to help people out but first have to make that connection with them. Peter knew the guy wanted money and sometimes there are people in our lives that want "temporary" things but we need to give them whats more important and things that will last! Peter has the right heart and decides to talk to them all- but he doesn't take any credit because he knows the one that is truly in charge and the one who truly deserves the glory- He gives it all to God.

This is awesome what faith Peter and the Apostles have in God! I love how Peter says I do not have money but I will give you what I do have he has faith in God! By doing this he is showing the power of God to everyone. We need to have a relationship with God like Peter trust that we will always be your strength. Peter can not do these things because he has some kind of special power he just has faith. I do not think I could have done what Peter did with no doubt in my mind that it might not work. I've really been loving Acts it shows us how to teach what we have learned!

You have to have faith in God-if you do it will get you so much farther in life! This is something the apostles and Peter have is faith towards God. People tend to want material things- none of this compares to having faith in God. You have to have that connection with God and just trust him in everything. Having faith also is a big key thing in this chapter. You can accomplish many things with having faith in God and having that relationship with him!

Peter and Paul are walking and come up on someone that can walk or use his legs. But by their faith in Jesus and the power of the Holy Spie it they heal this guy and it begins to draw a crowd because people knew who this guy was.
But I like Peter and Paul's response, they instantly give credit to God and preach the Gospel. We should be quick to give God credit in our lives and not take it for our own.
