We see that Saul (Paul) was here and agreed with what had happened and we all know about him, and that God can use any body even the most unlikely people for his kingdom. God has the power to change hearts and minds! We see that now believers were finally scattered, it took 8 chapters and what maybe 5 years from Jesus's death to Stephens Stoning for them to finally scatter and do what Acts 1:8 says. Sometime its there is stuff said or heard even for us but we don't do anything about it till some big event comes along and almost forces us to. This forced them to go and spread the news and sometimes God uses these painful/bad circumstances for his glory. These people formerly outcasts greatly accepted the Good News and John and Peter came to them prayed, baptized and they received the Holy Spirit. I wondering what is really mean by Philip was snatched away, and all? did he poof and be gone, hyperspaced to another spot or what? The Eunuch just goes about his business filled with the Holy Spirty rejoice and well Phillip ended up being farther north. How strange.

You cannot buy the Holy Spirit it is a matter of faith in God. This is weird I would be confused if all the sudden I was in a different place but I guess Philp knew it was God.

The apostles scatter after Stephens stoning. Like Philp he preached and did miracles in Samaria. He also healed people who suffered with a disease, and cleansed people with unclean spirits. Simon was a sorcerer in Samaria. People used to believed in him which is weird. Now they believe that Philip was greater because he spoke the word of God. This led to baptism of the people and even Simon because he started listening to the word of God and believing. Most of the apostles stayed in Jerusalem. John and Peter went over to Samaria they laid hands on the people because they want the power of the Holy Spirit also. Simon offered them money for their powers of the word. Peter thought it was ridiculous to suggest such a thing it was God who has all the power! Philip met a Eunuch. Philip noticed that the Eunch was reading Isiah from the bible. The Eunuch did not understand what he was reading and asked Philip to help him. Philip told the Eunuch very powerful things about God. When they passed a stream of water the Eunuch asked to be baptized. This is so cool how Philip is bringing this many people to the word of God and how much it has reflected in their lives!
