This here talks about the conversion of Saul and I'm trying to think of someone to relate it to in today's times but think of someone who is just bashing God and wants no part of it. Then all the sudden Hod decides to intervene in his life and make him his main instrument for teaching. I always wonder you know why Saul and want made him this great choice; I know is background fits and obviously he did a great job! God can use anybody for his kingdom! I like Anninas here and is a tough spot supposed to go help the guy that's been persecuting you the whole time and sort of questions God but still goes and does it, a lot of respect for a guy like that and that's what we are called to do oftentimes!
Saul didn't wait to start preaching he did it right away he want afraid of what people would say or do and hasn't this person changed their mind over this but people heard him and where confused but amazed.
I heard a story about barnabus awhile back and was amazing he plays a direct role in the send of Saul and many others but we hardly hear anything about him. If it wasn't for him to step up in faith and accept Saul in how much different would things be in our bible today? Or things in general for that we all need a person like this in our life one that isn't afraid of people and one that will help mentor and walk beside you. People were afraid but he trusted God and took on the task we need to be like this and recognize that God is bigger than anything and can do amazing things and we have to be willing to accept that he can change lives and step in the "gap".
Find it interesting that up till now there hadn't been peace in the church!
We see some amazing acts of God through Peter and we are called to be this vessel as well! It's though God all things can happen
