We see a disagreement in the law here and its taken to court (council). Kind of reminds me of all of our disagreements from church to church in just the different practices we have on things and if one is right or another We may agree on different things just as baptism, worship styles, how we just in general do things but almost all church at the core have the same beliefs just different methods. We need to be aware of that when we are talking to people, we don't want to make it a big deal on baptism but just teach the Good News to them of Love and Grace (which is what these last 3 books we have read have been about John 1 John and Acts). All these things they were talking about even we can relate to now day makes it "harder" to be a Christian. Really, isn't it hard enough or is that just me thinking that? Why make it any harder? We just need to teach them the Truth and Grace, accepting Jesus and allow them to be saved!! We need to stop making it so hard and all these rules and such to follow that stuff will come but there is no reason we need to make it harder than it has to be for a new believer.
Not only do we see disagreements from jews and gentiles we see some for Paul and Barnabas, as they go separate ways. But I'm almost positive that their disagreement didn't affect their faith and relationship. We find a lot of good point on how to solve conflict in this chapter and we see that its "ok" to disagree just have to do it in a good manner
